Margaret River Macs Terms & Conditions
Please make sure you have taken the time to read and understand the Terms & Conditions as stated below.
Your payment constitutes your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
We require full payment prior to your stay at Margaret River Macs.
You have two choices for payment:
1. Make full payment for your accommodation upfront to confirm your booking.
2. Alternatively, a 50% deposit secures your booking. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is payable a week (7 days) prior to your check in date. If the balance is not received we reserve the right to cancel your booking and relet Margaret River Macs.
Upon full payment for your accommodation, we will forward you by email a receipt and the Margaret River Macs property access information.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay in the following ways:
A). VISA / MasterCard / AMEX / DINERS
B). Direct Deposit to Margaret River Macs
We do not require a bond. We do ask to hold your credit card details as security until completion of your stay.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS & UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
You may have reason to cancel your booking. Your deposit is non-refundable; however we will happily accommodate a change to your date of stay (subject to Margaret River Macs availability).
We intend that Margaret River Macs is always available for you as booked. We reserve the right to alter your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In these rare instances, we will make every attempt to help you source alternative comparable accommodation.
STAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
We intend that Margaret River Macs is offered as an excellent standard of accommodation. We appreciate most of our guests will respect our property. Unfortunately, the occasional abuse requires that we state upfront the following stay conditions:
• We operate on a “first to pay, gets to stay” basis. We don’t hold tentative bookings.
• Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• We can be flexible with your Check In or Check Out time only if there are no guests immediately preceding or following your stay. Please call or email 24-48 hours prior to your arrival or departure to request an early Check In or a late Check Out.
• Margaret River Macs accommodates 2-6 adults in two king size beds, and a double bed and is not equipped to accommodate extra guests overnight.
• Margaret River Macs is located in a street where neighbours are in close proximity. Loud group parties and functions that disturb our neighbours with excessive noise will result in termination of the rental.
• Pets are not allowed at Margaret River Macs.
• Margaret River Macs is not suitable for indoor smokers.
• Any damage, breakages, theft and loss other than the usual wear and tear associated with a short-term rental, are your responsibility (as tenants) during your stay
• On departure, Margaret River Macs, must be left in a similar state to its condition upon your arrival
Variations to these stay terms & conditions may only be made by prior arrangement with us in writing.
